Jean - Seriously. Because it was like a cruel joke. I HAD to get those scenes written - I was walking around with the pad in my hand, writing like a madwoman.

Lynn - Every time I use the water now, I run down to the garage to check. I’m assuming I’ll get over that fear soon enough, but it’s a terrible feeling.

I’m so with you on the water thing. Two weeks ago we had a blockage to the mainline, and the plumber told me we should flush our toilets as infrequently as possible until he could come back the next day with bigger/longer rodding equipment. Of course then we all had to go to the bathroom like a gazillion times more often. I was absolutely terrified we’d have raw sewage covering the basement floor!

Hope it all gets worked out okay. And if you can write through all of that, you are one tough cookie. I was brain dead for two days.
