LOL Jean (I think cammy Elmo is very reasonable) - The four year old doesn't want a costume. At least not something with the whole mask and bulky outfit. So we're going for something that could pass as something with a hood. Of course, she won't be fooled at all. Amy - I was laughing at the mother/daughter and father/son costumes I saw - one of them featured matching Marie Antoinette costumes. And then there were matching Darth Vaders. I was usually up until 3 a.m. sewing costumes. I have hence discovered the kids like the store bought costumes just as well and they work out about the same price-wise.
