Glad your daughter is okay!

Plane stories. Sigh. We had been delayed for hours once, my little guy was exhausted, and got on the plane and cried himself to sleep. This man turned to me and said “that’s why I have dogs, not kids”.

About the pg bitch, we had a similar flight when my younger son was 10 months old. We’d had a 5 hour layover and he wouldn’t nap, so by the time we got on the final leg of our flight, he was DONE. And he cried and cried, and this evil woman kept GLARING at me, so finally I told my son, so the woman could hear, “You go ahead and cry as loud as you want so you can ruin that lady’s flight.” Made me feel better anyway.

Steph, I’m exactly the same way! (At least I don’t feel so horrible now. gg) –love my boy down to his toe nails; wasn’t all crazy about about other people’s kids. gg. But, unlike the pregnant chick, I was/am very understanding of what it takes to parent, and how ‘trying’ the little angels can be. ;)

I think Ann Fraiser rocks! Glad you loved PD. I absolutely agree about not reading an author’s books back to back. All their littly idiocyncrasies become really apparent and sometimes pull you right out of the story. That happened to me with JAK/AQ/JC. I had to stop reading her completely for a couple of years.
