I have smilies
It’s the little things in life that make me happy.
(a smiliey with big guns - how ’bout that? Jake’s very happy.)
Synopsis writing is moving along at a snail’s pace. So is writing. I’m still working on the conflict post I promised, because I’ve found some great links and quotes pertaining to writing conflict (which is my current nemesis). My H/H are begging me to let them get along, and apparently I’ve done such a good job of the whole, will they/won’t they question that even I don’t know if they will or not.
I’m not sure if that’s such a good thing.
Jill’s in New York, and her posts are making me laugh. Mainly because I’ve lived here forever, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the way the cab driver’s drive. (sometimes I think they’re a little slow…)
Maybe that should scare you enough to never get into the car with the husband or myself.

So I’m amusing ya? LOL. Yeah, I know, I do love to whine. I have to tell you, it’s not the SPEED of the cabbies. I am a speed junkie. Live for it. It’s their innate insanity. It’s their love of hitting the brake AND the gas. At the SAME time. I did stick my head out my hotel window this morning to take another picture, then got stuck, so that was yet another adventure. Now I’m off to try to find NBC studios and visit a friend there. If I make it back, I’ll try to futher amuse you.

You’re not supposed to hit the gas and the brake at the same time?
They are insane, but it’s part of the fun…if you go to Times Square, try and see the naked cowboy…
