“On a similar note, while you're free to think whatever you like about my life and death, if you think I wasted my life, I'll tell you you're wrong. We're all going to die of something. I died doing a job I loved. When your time comes, I hope you are as fortunate as I was.”

“Do you want me to tell you something really subversive? Love is everything it’s cracked up to be. That’s why people are so cynical about it. It really is worth fighting for, being brave for, risking everything for. And the trouble is, if you don’t risk everything, you risk even more.”

Steph, can I hide out with you? I’ve had a whole series of doubt days lately. Maybe if I hide with you, mine will pass, too.

*peeks out, then throws flares to lead Linda to the bunker* (which has now moved to under the bed)

Steph, something must me in the air. I’m going through the same thing. Just know you’re not alone in this.

Maybe it’s out melatonin levels. (I have a kid doing a research paper on that and winter depression). But if this keeps up, it’s gonna be awful crowded under here . . .

Hey, nothing wrong with a good wallow now and then. I think it’s normal. Just don’t stay in the bunker too long. Set a wallowing time limit, then try some daily affirmations and get back out there.

And now, daily affirmations with Suzanne er uh I mean Stuart Smalley *g*
Say it with me, Steph. I’m good enough, smart enough and doggonit people just like me.

Will chocolate covered grasshoppers work for the chocolate? I’ll send you some. I actually found a store here that can order them. And ants. Nasty.
Buck up, lil camper. I have faith in you! :)

Toss out another flare, I’m coming in. Bringing chocolate, mounds of it.
February 4th, 2005 at 6:43 pm
Steph, I hate those kinds of days. Have more chocolate. This feeling shall pass.

It’s not just you…it me. LOL or rather me too. I think part of it is weather, but at least we have sun today. My get up and go seems to have got up and went and all I’ve done is clean house (GASP!!!!) Jake’s hiding under the bed w/Hamlet and the dustbunnies I haven’t tackled yet. =(

I have entire days where I live off chocolate. Under the covers. A girl’s gotta pamper herself once in awhile.

Steph, that sounds like me weekend. I dealt with it by procrastinating. And now I promise to stop procrastinating tomorrow. I have to. I blogged it. *g*
