Yeah I'm guessing for diet food companies, Jan 1 is kinda like their Black Friday lol.

Glad a major disaster hadn't befallen you anyway. I'm thinking a pretty scary search party might have made it's way to your house if we hadn't heard from you soon.

Should it scare me that the scary search party is quite a comforting thought?

Would you all have brought the missing slim fast bars?

Steph, you got me again. I laughed so hard at the French vanilla spew. I needed a good laugh after the BIG R I got for Silhouette two days ago. So thank you...I feel a little better...good luck finding the breakfast bars. If you can't find any let me know.. I'll see if I can find you some here.

May I suggest the SlimFast Peanut Butter Crunch Snak Bars? I love them!!! They taste just like a Crispy Crunch Choc. bar. In fact, sometimes I think they are CC bars, just a bit smaller to reduce the calories. *ggg*

{{{Jer}}} R's suck. Glad I could make you smile a little. We'll get there. Promise.

Sasha - that's how I feel about my peanut butter bars - they're like candy to me. It's like eating candy for breakfast :) I'll look into the crunchy ones.

Oh Steph You're Back!!!!! I LMFAO then chased the kids away so I could laugh some more.

Ok 1. resturaunt page sounds good. I love take out though guilt (and no husband) does occasionally force me to cook.

2. Have you checked Target for your bars? I know our local target carries a wide selection of slim fast and Kashi Go Lean Protein Bars and some Lemon flavored bars I really like.

3. Bars--I heard on the radio this week that eggs is the better breakfast food because it leaves you feeling fuller longer. So my fried egg sandwiches are safe (no comments larissa I'm really trying not to think about your egg information)

4. Bars--but wait, you can't cook. 8-D

5. Jerri--Hugs on the R!!!!

Cece - You're my HERO!!! Why didn't I think of online bar shopping, since the computer is practically attached to my head? I haven't tried Target - normally I stalk CVS and Stop & Shop for the bars.

I do like the occasional egg sandwich too - but, as you mentioned, that pesky cooking thing (and, more recently, scarylarissagrasshopperleg's scary egg article) gets in the way.

LOL! My husband turned green at the puke story. He thinks puking babies are the worst thing EVER. And I think your husband's recipe page suggestion is hilarious!

Cece--what, fried slimy flaxseed egg substitute sandwiches won't work? *ggg*

Jerri--hugs on the R!!! That sucks. There's been a huge rash of those lately. I freak out every time I check my mail. My stomach is already churning, and the mailsadist doesn't come for three more hours!
