That sucks. But yep, just takes one editor to love it! : ) Ugh on the spyware. I had that problem recently. Just a couple of days ago. My modem stopped working, and after consulting the Bellsouth goobers, we found out that spyware had caused the problem. I'd run my anti-spyware program since the modem failure, but it turns out that I needed a more powerful program. So I now have TWO anti-spyware programs, both of which find different things. Grr. I have yet to hear a word myself..heck, maybe my rejection got lost in the mail. As for the spyware and it crashing the computer..been there, done that and my son had to delete everything after I backed it up and reinstall. I'm just very lucky to have a computer nerd son.
